  • Do you thrive on supporting HR leaders and employees with HR advice and operational guidance?

As we are seeking top talent to support our client, a large Not for Profit organisation that provides support nationally and internationally to the lives of individuals facing hardship or injustice. The organisation are currently transitioning their HR services to a national framework and require additional HR support during this transition.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of HR leaders, contributing to an organisation who significantly makes a difference to the lives of many.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide operational HR support services to the HR team, leaders and employees nationally. Directly supporting the Team Leader of HR Services.
  • Provide advice on HR systems and BAU processes for example; responding to queries, contract management, referencing HR help guides.
  • Support the transition of HR services by ensuring consistent application of HR policies, processes, tools and systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners and HR Relationship managers, ensuring consistent delivery of needs to the client group.

About You:

  • You will have at least 1-4 years experience in a HR support/business administration role or similar
  • Working knowledge of HR system Chris21
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field
  • You have the capability to display resilience and to communicate effectively
  • You work proactively and manage relationships by connecting positively and collaboratively with colleagues
