There is one ongoing temporary roles available and you will be based in Gladesville.



Your responsibilities:

  • Manage inbox & correspondence for HR Business Partner
  • Coordinating team meetings and taking & distributing minutes as required
  • Scheduling and rolling out inductions
  • Updating trackers handling first level HR Queries
  • Prepare and provide project documentation & reports to internal teams & key stakeholders
  • Assisting with on boarding/off boarding of staff
  • Ad hoc administration to support the team and an office all rounder

About you:

  • At least 2 years experience supporting a HR team in a fast paced environment preferred
  • You are organised, reliable and driven
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, word, Outlook & Sharepoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have the ability to adapt to a work environment that is constantly changing
  • Abilities to work under pressure and effectively prioritise and multitask
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
