Your new role

A contract exists for a HR Administrator to provide their experience and skills to assist a fast paced team. The role supports the teacher recruitment team within the Recruitment and Employment functional area. The function provides expert advisory services in supporting hiring managers across a range of issues that impact on recruitment including tailored recruitment programs. The function builds strong customer relationships, managing and responding to complex customer enquiries, advising and negotiating with Principal and non-principal hiring managers and liaising with candidates. The function is accountable for the management of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including resourcing requirements, job design, candidate sourcing and talent pooling and assessment and appointment.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you must have at least 3 years of Human resources administrative experience. A high level of accurate data entry, organisation, self-management and communication skills are necessary to achieve required outcomes in a very high volume area. You will be the front line between the clients (schools) and Teacher Recruitment officers. This will allow a third of Advisors and Senior Advisors at any one time to manage and provide teacher recruitment outcomes to schools The Support Officer will also create TRIM records, attach vacancy declarations from OMSEE, update TRIM records and PERS. Officers will utilise specialised HR programs to action vacancies and answer enquiries on teacher vacancies
