Randstad is the world’s largest recruitment and HR services provider in the world and is currently partnering with a number of professional services companies to source short term, experienced, corporate and detail focused HR Administrators. The current assignments vary between 2 weeks to 3 months and are all offering full time hours.

About the role:

As the HR Administrator you could be responsible for;

  • Conducting reference checks
  • Tracking employee certificates, qualifications and police checks
  • Sending staff communication regarding training
  • Creating employment contracts and offer letters
  • Provide administration support for the recruitment function
  • Scanning and uploading documents into HR Management Systems
  • Any other ad hoc administration tasks for the wider HR team

About you:

The role requires a career driven person with the ability to multi task and a demonstrated willingness to listen, learn and apply new skills. You will have a positive attitude in the workplace, be a strong team player and be understanding when certain tasks will need to take priority. In addition to the above you will require;

  • HR Administration experience
  • Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills
  • An eagerness to learn and establish good working relationships with peers
  • A demonstrated ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
