Overview:

HR Administrator position available working on a long term project. Our client is looking for a professional and committed individual who is a HR graduate or someone who has experience in HR administration.

The role:

The role requires all areas of HR including:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders
  • General HR enquiries while providing accurate and timely assistance
  • Database mgmt; updating staff details including sick/annual leave records
  • Managing HR inboxes and staff/agency employment contracts
  • Updating any templates, policies and procedures
  • Processing and filing related invoices
  • Dealing with confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner

Criteria:

  • Must have a relevant degree in HR or studied HR based modules
  • Must have full Australian working rights.
  • Effective communication, time management and organisation skills
  • Be able to manage and prioritise a large workload
  • Strong Administration skills
