Our client is a multi-national and leading food manufacturing company that produces meat pies, baked goods, frozen fruits and pre-made desserts. Since recently relocating to a new facility in Pakenham, we are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join a rewarding and growing organisation.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project support to the GM Operations and HR Manager.

Your duties will include (but not limited to)

  • Administration and coordination assistance for all site tasks, project and initiatives
  • Preperation and coordination of HR documentation - contracts, letters and other forms of communication
  • Support the end to end recruitment and onboarding process in line with organisational requirements
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and asisst with the development of training material
  • Provide administration and coordination of projects and initiatives
  • Office management support - adhoc reception, organising travel arrangements, stationary and supplies etc

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience within a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry
  • Experience within a HR/Administration or similar role
  • Excellent written verbal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to be promote and be part of organisational change
