Randstad is looking for horticulture / gardening labourers with Certificate 3 in Horticulture to start immediately. This role will provide maintenance labouring and cleansing services within parks and local amenities.
The primary duties include the maintenance and renovation of gardens, weeding, pruning of trees and shrubs, turf maintenance, landscaping and general cleaning. This role is starting immediately, full time hours, Mon - Fri, 38 hours per week. This is a temp position at first with potential to go permanent for those with a good work ethic and positive attitude.
The following is the range of duties (and may not be limited to):
- Mowing
- Whipper snipping, weeding, pruning and maintenance
- Auxiliary activities linked to these tasks
- Operation of equipment such as lawn mowers, ride on mowers, whipper snippers, blowers and other mechanical plant,
- Administration and record keeping duties
To be successful you will have;
- Certificate 3 in Horticulture
- Experience in a horticulture/ gardening environment
- Using related plant and equipment
- Valid construction white card
- Valid driving licence
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
