The role:

Ideally you will be a motivated and energetic home lending manager keen to take the next step in your career with a progressive and nimble organisation. The role itself will be responsible for providing the full suite of home lending, banking & personal wealth solutions to the community. This opportunity will require the successful person to work across and manage lending requirements for two western branches as well as assisting in the coaching & development of the branch staff to help build their personal knowledge and skills around home lending. This individual will report to the Lending Development manager for the region and be supported by the lending coaches and broader regional leadership team.

Ideal candidate:

• The individual will possess experience & a successful track record in home & investment lending. The Lending Managers deal with the most basic of home lending requirements right through to dealing with multi-trust investment lending & business home lending requirements so exposure to more complex lending solutions would be a distinct advantage.
• In addition to the above you have started to develop a strong referral network and pride yourself on your ability to undertake quality conversations with customers to identify the solution that is in their best interests.
• The individual is known for building strong relationships, developing referral networks and generating new business.
