The role:

The primary responsibility of this role is the coordination of hire and rental equipment, process rental orders, updating the system and interacting with my client’s customers and suppliers.

My client is looking for a reliable, autonomous and dependable individual, that enjoys a fast paced environment as well as working as a part of a team and that will ultimately become a long term part of the business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, duties will include:

  • Processing customers’ orders and manual paperwork

  • Allocating transport and logistics of machines

  • Organize hire contracts ad scheduling jobs

  • Face to face and telephone customer service

  • Stock management

  • Liaise with workshop and drivers to ensure that equipment is available and ready to hire

  • General administrative duties

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Great telephone manner

  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Exceptional organization and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • High level of attention to details

  • Good work ethic and self-motivation
