Position Functions:

• Create and maintain operational infrastructure documentation

• Work on various infrastructure projects from project initiation phase to completion • Deliver a high standard of customer service to our customers and vendors • Maintain infrastructure systems by keeping upgrades and patches current • Provide resolutions for hardware and software problems, research and analysis of the root causes

• Review monitoring logs for problem identification and suggested resolutions •

This is an ongoing, full time role with a Negotiable Salary dependant on experience.

• Advanced troubleshooting with VMware or Hyper-V

• Sound Networking skills – CCNA certification or equivalent experience an advantage • Advanced Firewall Knowledge

• Windows Operating System Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Advanced Microsoft Server Management (Active Directory / Group Policy). • Advanced PowerShell scripting

• Exposure to Office 365 and Cloud migrations

• At least one industry certification such as Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco or similar. • Valid driver's license and own car

• Veeam, Backup Exec

MSP Help Desk Support


Minimum of 2 years’ MSP experience providing IT support in a similar Customer Service Role, Excellent proficiency of the English language (both written and verbal)


You will support these users over the phone via Remote Access working with our Management Tools. Overall, you will ideally be a good all-rounder across desktop, server, network, and security methodologies.
