Helpdesk Support - 1st and 2nd Line - Brisbane

My client in the Gaming and Wagering industry are looking for Helpdesk Support engineers to provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to there customers.

You will Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and accurately over the phone to minimise delays in restoration of service to the customers.

You will need to have good knowledge of Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN), and be able to diagnose problems and take the necessary corrective action.

This role will be on a roster basis, covering 7 days a week, and you will work a 38 hour week. Sunday shifts are 12 hours.
