job description

Helpdesk Team Leader is currently required for a 6 months contract to lead a team of (4-10 staff) and review and develop supporting materials as the organization transitions from paper based to online assessments.

Key activities of the role include:

-Developing a strong understanding of the Platform for the tests.

-Reviewing existing support materials and refining them.

-Responding to support calls/emails

-Tracking and monitoring support calls/emails to resolution.

-Ensuring escalation of issues to appropriate technical/operational staff.

-Overseeing the management of the team

To be successful in this position you will have previous experience in coordinating and managing a team of IT support staff and be able to learn new systems and technology quickly. Excellent communication, customer service, problem solving and attention to detail are a must. Prior experience working in the education sector would be an advantage.
