Reporting to the People Leader you will lead a team of 15 geographically dispersed recruiters and will have responsibility for the review, strategic planning and operations of the talent acquisition function.

Working alongside the HR and broader leadership teams you will:

  • Engage with stakeholders to lead a contemporary resourcing function
  • Lead and inspire a high performance team
  • Review and ensure full utilisation of technology and systems
  • Prepare and report on metrics, budget and statistics surrounding the recruitment process.
  • Coach and integrate systems and processes to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
  • Contribute to the national HR leadership team
  • Consult with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the team.
  • Ensure the continuation of an industry leading employer brand, ensuring a world class customer service experience.

This is a rare Brisbane based opportunity to lead the talent acquisition function for a leading Australian employer. You will have experience leading teams responsible for both professional and volume recruitment functions. You will be experienced in not only managing large talent acquisition functions, but will have a track record of developing and improving the capability of these functions.
