• Oversee all technical aspects of the HCM Program, including bespoke solutions,
integrations, environments, infrastructure, architecture, data and deployment, ensuring
the enablement of business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the program’s leadership team, including partnering with the
Business Transformation and Change Management streams to support the influencing
of key business stakeholders and service owners.
• Lead a team of diverse technical resources, providing guidance, support, and
