We are currently looking for experienced guest service attendants to take part in an exciting opportunity working for a well known Australian interstate luxury train operator.

You will work with a team that is passionate about providing customers with an excellent customer service experience. If you come from a fast paced and high volume background in guest services this is an opportunity for you. The ideal candidates will have passion for customer service and believe in making every customer experience one to remember. the successful candidates will perform the following duties: -greeting guest upon arrives and departures -effective check in of luggage and guest check in -use of check in software -administrative duties -chaperone guests on coach transfers-provide guest transfers -set up and back down of terminal equipment -participate in a high performing and collaborative team environment the successful candidates will have the following skills: -previous experience in guest service -first aid certificate -drivers license -responsible service of alcohol-qualification in hospitality or tourism - highly desirable -strong interpersonal skills -knowledge of MS office and Excel -time management skills -available to work Monday and Sunday Successful candidates will be flexible and happy to work between the hours of 7am - 8pm on Monday and Sunday.
