Ground Transport Team Member (Car Park)

These positions encompass customer service, traffic control, conflict resolution, radio operation, cash handling and maintenance of car park equipment.

We are currently recruiting two positions, one role will be based on a roster: Saturday and Sunday 8.30pm-11.30pm (6 hours per week). The second rostered position is Monday-Friday 8.30-11.30pm (15 hours per week) Rosters are organised well in advance and provide great flexibility for those candidates looking to re-enter the industry (including parents and caregivers returning to work).

The successful candidates will have strong verbal skills, face to face customer service experience, computer literacy and a proven ability to follow procedures and protocols in a highly regulated environment. Applicants with Hotel and/or Tourism experience will be highly regarded, as will those people with significant customer service in a similar role. All candidates will undergo in-depth screening prior to submission and will also be required to supply a current police clearance.
