    • Ensuring the delivery of all current and conceptual Employment Programs which includes:
    • Overseeing the support to program participants
    • Liaising with, and provide sound advice to HR Business Partners, Directors, and Managers on a range of graduate and intern placement queries
    • Reviewing, managing, reporting and presenting on progress against the strategic plan for the early talent pipeline
    • Designing and updating a range of communication and marketing collateral with support from the design studio
    • Supporting the delivery of all learning and development initiatives as they relate to employment programs e.g. the Graduate Learning Series, Intern inductions, mentoring program. This will include design and facilitation from time to time.
    • Leading the delivery of all end to end recruitment employment activities (including advertising, sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing, assessment centre development, offers etc
    • Leading, building and developing a small team (2) to deliver the Employment programs

    This role is a 3-year fixed term position.

    We need someone to join our team who is passionate and energised to continue to lead our award winning Graduate Program, as well someone who is motivated and genuinely interested in shaping the development of our early career professionals.

    This is a critical role in our organisation! It collaborates across every function and level of management, including the Executive Leadership Team, as it is pivotal in managing the full suite of employment programs.

    You will be a self-motivated project manager, with the ability to oversee a range of programs from campaign marketing, through to recruitment/selection and then onboarding and learning/development.
