Customer Service Representative

Your New Role

Your new role will consist of receiving inbound calls to assist and benefit customer’s financial and banking needs. You will receive calls of up to 10-20 per day across diverse products and services of the organisation. Undertake calls in a warm and empathetic manner.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is essential
  • Banking or financial services knowledge is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively undertake inbound calls
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet given deadlines
  • To perform effectively in a team environment and individually
