job description

We are seeking candidates with strong contact centre experience and enjoy providing a high level of customer service. As an approved talent supplier to the Government, we are seeking experienced customer service representatives that are immediately available!

Day to Day Duties:

  • High volume of inbound phone calls
  • Administrative tasks and data entry
  • Provide service information to customers
  • General queries
  • Case management and follow up duties

The successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Recent contact centre or customer service experience
  • Available from Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-7:30pm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and have excellent attention to detail
