Are you looking for a new opportunity to start in the coming weeks? Are you an experienced APS6 Officer with a Baseline clearance? If so this role could be yours:

As a Business Administration Officer you will be assisting a team maintain a centralised portal and contribute to a review of it’s function.

Your role can include but is not limited to:

  • Quality assurance, monitoring and approval of portal content and guidance material
  • Inbox email management
  • Utilising a SharePoint site to review, cleanse and update data and content
  • Regular reporting and monitoring on Portal usage and content
  • Contribute to development and implementation of guidance material
  • Reviewing and updating training materials

What you will bring to the role:

  • Project and process management and project coordination
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Research experience/expertise
  • Systems management experience, including SharePoint usage
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment by working towards common goals
  • A desire to identify best practice opportunities and commit to business improvement
  • A current Baseline security clearance
