Leading the store team based in a secure shopping centre location, you'll be responsible for delivering an unparalleled store experience that befits their professional tattoo brand & store experience.

The stores are at the core of what they do - intimately connected to the brand message. This being so, your leadership in this area is key to the overall continued business success.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead the team to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store
  • Respond to customer queries and requests in a professional, polite and timely manner
  • Manage sales and stock levels through proficient communication with head office on incoming stock and effective pricing of existing inventory
  • Effectively balance customer service with administrative duties
  • Execute store level events in partnership with marketing team
  • Contribute to weekly business analysis, providing information to HO to understand performance, as well as key actions to continue working toward store targets

Skills and experience

  • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels whilst also driving sales revenue
  • Experience – Proven tenure of reliability in your retail or retail service career
  • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and with empathy, varying communication style depending upon the audience
  • Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail when communicating with others, both internally and externally
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Teamwork:willingness to assist and support the team as required, communicating in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
  • Time management/organisation: Ability to effectively balance customer service with administrative duties
  • Leadership: Ability to lead by example when managing your retail team
