Randstad Albury is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking General Manager for a local bus company to service from Albury to Corowa. The company has 60 years experience in the coach business and provides Bus Charter and Coach Charter for Group Winery Tours, Conferences, Weddings, Sporting Events and Educational Excursions.

The General Managers has the overall responsibility for ensuring the bus service is run safely and implementation of the company management system.

Other responsibilities include

  • Managing all depots from Corowa to Albury
  • Attending to accreditation and auditing matters
  • Attending to all bus movement and rostering over the company
  • Attending to all safety matters
  • Providing leadership
  • Managing all staff
  • Attending to matters with Transport NSW and student travel

To be eligible for this role you will need

  • Previous management experience
  • Public transport experience
  • A current truck license (HR preferred)
  • The ability to get a working with children check
  • "Transport NSW Driver Authority" or willingness to get as well as accreditation from Transport NSW
