Company Overview

An exciting opportunity exists to join a leading wealth management firm based in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This prestigious firm is seeking an experienced financial services professional with a proven track record wealth operations. This role will see you working across various areas including asset control, assisting in revenue generation by administering and maintaining client portfolios, international settlements and corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fund transactions on behalf of custodial clients
  • Action clients requests for applications, redemptions and transfers
  • Portfolio reconciliation
  • Execute all stock transfers
  • Process and settle international trades
  • Create daily cash batches and instruction cash movements including FX bookings
  • Manage global trading functions including receipt of income, corporate actions, stock transfers and maintenance of client position
  • Build strong working relationships with Internal and External stakeholders and handle all queries within agreed SLA’s
  • Communicate with Advisors to provide information on custodial term deposit rates
  • Manage applications, maturities, reinvestments and breaks of term deposits
  • Monthly reporting as required|

Selection Criteria

  • Previous experience in managed funds and stock transfers
  • Previous experience with fixed incomes
  • Knowledge of custody transactions and reconciliations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
