Duties include but not limited to:

• Build and assemble temporary molds (formwork) to hold concrete in place until it sets and gains sufficient strength
• Accurately position and secure the formwork using tools like hammers, nails, and screws, ensuring stability and alignment
• Reinforcing Formwork: Install additional supports and bracing to strengthen the formwork and prevent deformation during the pouring and curing of concrete
• Reading Blueprints: Interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine the dimensions, shapes, and locations of the formwork needed for different sections of the bridge

Requirements:

Relevant experience in formwork or steel fixing.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
White Card, silica and asbestos ticket
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
