In partnership with Randstad is a successful Tier 2 organisation experienced in all forms of project procurement that tailor a bespoke delivery methodology. Due to an increasing work load they are currently seeking a Site Foreman to complete several large scale production home projects based on the North side of Brisbane.

Your Position:

To be successful in this role you must have experience delivering large scale production home projects. You will be responsible for managing the overall site performance & Maximising site production by organising a wide variety of subcontractors. As the Site Foreman it is expected that you will possess a strong work ethic with a proven ability to work under pressure.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience and a strong trade background.
• A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations
• Have a valid drivers licence
• Have completed the General Construction Induction course / white card
• Hold a current Supervisors licence

It is expected that the successful candidates will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
