My client is a national construction group with a fantastic reputation for delivering high spec construction projects and they continue to grow their profile - now working on an ever increasing range of refurbishment and fit out projects. With a well established Melbourne team who continue to grow organically they have expanded their portfolio and profile over the past 5 years and work on diverse projects up to $40m in size.

With up to 4 projects commencing in the next 4-6 weeks they are seeking to identify talented individuals to either run a singular project to $10m, or act as 2IC on larger projects up to $40m in size.

As a Foreman/Site Manager with this group, you will be part of a high calibre team and work closely with your nominated Site/Project Manager whilst you will also have the support of CA/PC’s, but will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site including:

  • Site control trade coordination
  • Works and program planning
  • Induction and safety analysis
  • Material purchase
  • Sub contractor selection & supervision
  • Project development
  • Certification of occupancy

These projects all have different challenges relating to program, logistics and finishes but we are specifically looking for individuals with proven experience in live environments, advanced stakeholder management skills particularly pertaining to clients and superintendents whilst you must also be able to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to best practise in OH&S.
