About the company:

A truly boutique advisory group, this firm are in the process of transitioning to their own AFSL. Currently they have a team of 6 with support staff and assistance from Manila, you will delegate any administration, allowing you to focus on generating business and converting clients to increase the profitability of your revenue share. Based in Hamilton, this firm have a unique opportunity for a relationship focussed advisor. The applicant will have strong sales skills to grow and develop both existing and new clients.

The role:

Due to growth this firm are looking for an insurance and risk expert to assist in servicing the leads and warm clients generated through their accounting division. Ideally you will have extensive experience in planning and have a vested interest in joining a firm for the long haul to generate your own profit share and impact the revenue of the overall business. Having an existing client book will be highly valued however isn't a necessity.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Insurance/Financial Planning qualifications (min Advanced Dip in FP, with appropriate further enrolments)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • A professional manner
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Work towards and achieve set goals and KPIs
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
