Randstad is partnering with a well known, State Government Department based in Newcastle CBD. We are looking for a Financial Administration Officer for an 11-month contract.

About your next role:

We are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail and has a broad range of administrative experience. This role supports the Program Manager with workflow management including tracking correspondence and reporting, as well as some customer engagement.

Your capabilities will be:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Arranging for accruals
  • Good receipting and payment of invoices

About you:

You must have experience in the above criteria as well as demonstrated working knowledge of SAP. Government experience along with CM9 (TRIM) is highly desirable.
