... - Creditors and Debtors entry and reconciliation
- Processing payroll for maximum 20 staff, including PAYG, Super, RTW and IAS
- Bank account reconciliation including corporate credit card
- Preparing month end reconciliation of general ledger and Balance Sheet accounts
- Administrative duties, as required

This role reports to the General Manager and there is another Accounts Officer undertaking half of the duties.
skills & requirements for the job
You should possess minimum 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping or payroll experience. Knowledge with software including MYOB, Xero or similar software is desirable but not essential. The incumbent should have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, plus attention to detail. This role is well-suited for somebody with a passion or interest in the wine industry.
