Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Support: Provide financial guidance to business leaders, including analysis of new initiatives, business models, and commercial constructs.
- Financial Reporting: Produce and analyze monthly management, operational, and Board reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders.
- Business Case Development: Assist in preparing financial inputs for business cases and proposals, offering clear insights and recommendations.
- Performance Insights: Identify areas for performance improvement through data analysis and provide actionable insights to divisional leaders.
- Planning & Reforecasting: Support divisional planning and reforecasting processes, ensuring rigorous analysis and challenge where required.
- Process Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency within the finance function and across the business.
- Financial Modelling: Create and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, driving process improvements and delivering commercial insights.
- Risk Management: Educate stakeholders on the financial implications and risks associated with business performance, projects, and initiatives, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with operational outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA/CPA accreditation or formal qualifications in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a finance role within a similar organizational environment.
- Strong self-awareness and ability to work effectively with key stakeholders.
- Experience with TM1, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
