About the Opportunity
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing financial expertise and strategic support to various departments. You will work closely with the senior finance business partner to ensure effective financial planning, analysis, and decision-making that aligns with the business's goals and objectives.

Your key deliverables will include:
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans. Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Utilise advanced financial modelling techniques to provide accurate financial forecasts
- Engage with key stakeholders to provide strategic operational financial advice
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports to facilitate strategic decision-making
Ideal Profile
- CA/CPA or equivalent qualifications, with proved experience in financial management, planning and analysis in a complex management environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
