Our Client

Our client is a global leader in building solutions, specialising in concrete, aggregates and building products. With over 60,000 employees globally, they have a strong presence within the Construction industry and are heavily involved in large scale projects ranging from civil, commercial to residential. They are now looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their team on a full time basis based in their modern Bella Visa office. This role is a temporary role with a high chance of permanency after 3 months.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, this role is a mixture of finance administration duties and sales support duties. Your main responsibilities will include:

Raise customer quotes within a certain time frame.
Daily invoice adjustments and approvals within the deadline.
Respond to customer queries on the portal and inbox management.
Maintenance of SAP and updating data as required.
Reporting on Excel.
Ad hoc duties as required.

About You

Previous experience in Finance Administration, Accounts Administration, Sales Support or Sales Administration.

Able to start work immediately.
