Randstad are currently partnering with a well known State Government department based in Adelaide CBD. This opportunity is available immediately for an experienced and fast paced individual who can utilise their previous skills and experience and hit the ground running.

  • Pay Rate of $36+ per hour
  • CBD Location
  • Immediate commencement

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance administrators who are available for an immediate commencement. You must be flexible to support various departments with administrative duties and be able to work across mornings & afternoon shifts.

You will be responisble for on a day to day basis:

  • Finance administration and data entry
  • Supporting a variety of departments including finance, HR and procurement
  • Working within a fast paced environment
  • Use of Excel spreadsheets and formulas

Skills and Experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet skills
  • Experience with Chris21 and Basware is highly desired
  • Previous Government experience is favourable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to be flexible
  • Organisation skills and dedication to completing tasks
  • Must have a current National Police Clearance
