FIFO Mechnical Fitters, Boilermakers and Riggers

We are currently looking for FIFO Mechanical fitters, Boilermakers and Riggers to work with our high profile Mining Maintenance client on ongoing mining maintenance projects based in Western Australia. You will be responsible for mining maintenance duties. The successful candidates must be willing to work away for 3 weeks on and one week off rostering. Guaranteed 12 hour shifts for 13 days straight with one day off then 7 days on and one week off. All flights, food and PPE will be covered during the longevity of your assignment.

We are looking to fly out local NSW tradesmen and Riggers ONLY for project work in WA.

$48 FLAT for Trades and $43 FLAT for Riggers

To be eligible you MUST meet the following criteria:

  • 2 - 5 years Mining maintenance or General maintenance based experience
  • Confined space and Working at Heights is a MUST (Must be current)
  • Mechanical fitting or Boilermaking trade certification (ARTC)
  • Advanced Rigging competencies highly desireable (With a current VOC)
  • Fault diagnosis and trouble shooting
  • Must be able to pass medical/drug and alcohol screen and police check
  • Available to start immediately
  • Able to provide a Passport or Birth Certificate
  • Professional work acumen
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Our clientel are always looking for highly motivated Mechanical tradesmen and Riggers with a professional attitude. Depending on our client and their hours of operations you will be required to accommodate working either Day/Night/Rotating Shifts of up to 12 hours across weekdays and weekends.
