Our client, a prominent player in the infrastructure sector, is seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to oversee and elevate their urban lighting projects. This role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards across all operations. This position is available on either a temporary or permanent basis, depending on your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of field staff to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day organisation of field operations, coordinating resources such as tools, vehicles, and materials to support ongoing contracts and projects.
• Manage and allocate labour effectively to achieve excellent productivity and maintain strong industrial relations.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and maintain rigorous standards through regular site meetings and documentation.
• Address technical problems that arise, planning and negotiating to meet customer expectations and represent the company professionally on client sites.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Trade qualification.
• Current Driver's License and Construction Industry Induction Card.
• Proven experience in performance and subcontractor management, with a thorough knowledge of industry regulations and requirements.
• Current experience with Distribution Linework is essential.
• Excellent performance management and subcontractor oversight abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and industry standards for prescribed work.
• Familiarity with safe operation of plant and equipment, scheduling, and traffic management in public areas.
