Seeking a Facilities Officer or Property Maintenance Officer to be based in Sydney CBD within a corporate clients office. Your primary role will be to provide on site support to the tenants and Facilities Manager in relation to planned and reactive maintenance requests.

Duties Include:

  • Managing, planning, coordinating and prioritizing preventative planned and reactive maintenance requests
  • Perform regular site inspections proactively identify maintenance issues
  • Managing approved contractors and ensuring timely delivery that does not disrupt the tenant or the operations
  • Emergency response to on site facility management issues that may occur outside business hours
  • Stock control and Inventory control for the site
  • Maintenance schedules, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Conduct procurement of contractors and evaluation of quotations to ensure competitive pricing
  • Organize inspections and review reports for critical, non-critical and non-conformant defects
  • Manage detailed asset register for group property portfolio
  • Ensure OHS is adhered to at all times


Required Experience:

  • Previous experience working in the property or facilities industry
  • Solid understanding of trades including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Services etc
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience performing site walk rounds or condition surveys to identify maintenance issues
