Your New Role:
This global Property firm has been well established for over 100 years, operating in 60 different countries. They specialise in various real estate services and are continually growing in size due to their well established relationships with high end clientele. With over 50,000 operating employees, this firm has a commitment to their employees by putting Diversity and Inclusion at the forefront. They are now looking for a Facilities Manager based in their head office in Sydney CBD on a 6 week contract.
Your Duties Include:
... - Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works.
- Monitor and implement asset management and ensure all preventative maintenance services are
- captured
- Manage reactive maintenance and analyse data to ensure attendance and rectification times are met.
- Review and approve supplier quotes and invoices.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

About You:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Immediately available.
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
- Ability to plan and organise effectively.
