As the Facilities Manager you will be accountable for working extensively with government agencies and the private sector managing projects, work programs, contractors and project teams.

You will provide expert building advice and interpretation on technical and procedural matters, mediate and resolve disputes, manage project and contractual risk, auditing, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Your new company

This highly respected Facilities Services division manages the contracting, construction, leasing, and maintenance and facility management of South Australian Government building assets.



Your new role

As the Facilities Manager you will be accountable for working extensively with government agencies and the private sector managing projects, work programs, contractors and project teams.

You will provide expert building advice and interpretation on technical and procedural matters, mediate and resolve disputes, manage project and contractual risk, auditing, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.



What you will need to succeed

Your previous experience in successful project management, facilities management, projects and programs within the construction/building sector on both a technical and financial basis. You will have a track record of working with Contractors and Sub-contractors and the management of staff. You will possess technical and commercial competences, in addition to knowledge of building issues.
