We’re seeking a technically minded Facilities Coordinator with great communication and programming skills from the Bayside area.
This position is suited to an experienced Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Manager with a hard services background and first class stakeholder management skills. You will have a minimum of 5 years FM experience, you will have worked around the public, overseen a subcontract workforce and dealt with a myriad of the issues that arise in a large commercial property. Experience will include managing planned maintenance, coordinating trades, OH&S, risk and compliance while being able to problem solve and analyse issues on the fly. This role will also suit someone who can take ownership of a site and the flexibility to resolve issues out of hours when needed.
- A Mechanical, HVAC or Hydraulics background
- A hard services FM background is essential
- Five plus years FM experience
- Working with childrens and a national police check required
