Exciting opportunity for a senior and experienced operational risk Manager, looking for a new challenge and wanting to work alongside a dynamic team with a supportive work culture.

Your New Role

You will be the key driver for remediation efforts in relation to customer outcomes from a risk management perspective. You will work closely with key senior stakeholders to develop reporting to identify and enable more efficient and effective risk management practices.

You will be responsible for driving a consistent application of the groups remediation policy across the business bank. You will be tasked with aligning risk management principles to the remediation risk frameworks, this is to ensure that incidents are identified and risk management principles are aligned and connected to the customer outcomes and remediation teams.

Experience/skills required

• Previous experience in a senior manager or executive manager risk function
• Strong understanding across the three lines of defence
• Strong stakeholder management skills is needed for this role
• Exposure within the financial services sector and regulatory knowledge
• Previous experience working within a big 4 consultancy is desirable
