About our client

An exciting opportunity for a temporary executive coordinator position has opened up at one of Australia’s Universities supporting two directors and the larger team. Working in a great environment with equally great people, this role will involve contributing to team-based activities and projects as well as performing tasks on an individual basis.

About the role

This is a full time contract role that will end in April of 2020, you will be supporting two directors with a strong focus on complex calendar management. You will be mature minded, well spoken and professional, very organised and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Duties

  • Calendar management
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Expense reconciliation
  • Key meeting organisation (catering, venue preparation and minute taking)
  • Administration support for different projects
  • Arranging travel, conference registration and the online travel portal
  • Monitor RIC critical dates and support the directors to ensure deadlines and compliance are meet

About you

We would love to hear from you if your an enthusiastic and professional individual who has:

  • Previous experience in the education industry (highly regarded)
  • Great time management
  • Confident, engaging and warm personality
  • Extremely organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated prioristional skills, in planning, coordination and completion of tasks
  • A high degree of Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
