About the Role:

You’ll report to the Senior EA to the Country Vice President, supporting top-level executives. This role offers a front-row seat to major international projects, as the company continues to shape financial industries worldwide.
Duties:
- Organising and booking international and domestic travel
- Supporting executive meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas on a case-by-case basis
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders in a structured and professional manner
About you:
- Experience in large corporate or global firms, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
- Sharp, organised, and adaptable—no software background necessary
- Proficiency with systems like SAP Concur, MS Suite, or Google Suite
