Your new company:

You will join a property team located in Rouse Hill on a temporary, full time basis. Your will report into a down to earth, honest and well respected director and your new team members are energetic, hard working and not afraid to have a bit of fun. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of individuals who have the ability to collaborate across the entire business, with potential to secure a permanent position down the track.

Your new role:

You will be the single point of contact for any assistance the director may require. This role is highly visible and key in upholding the effective functioning of both internal and external stakeholders. This is a varied role in a well established company, where no two days are the same.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Managing Director including diary management and drafting emails
  • Meeting and greeting face-to-face clients & handle incoming calls
  • Managing marketing updates such as Social Media & REA, Websites
  • Autonomously creating effective processes and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the business
  • Create & review template/agreements related to Real estate
  • Staying up to date with new developments in the industry including legislature relating to real estate
  • Completing general administrative duties

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Experience in a customer facing role with strong administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills to understand stakeholders requirements
  • Ability to be efficient in problem solving
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Desirably had previous exposure using CRM
  • Previous real estate experience in an Administration or Sales Support role preferred - but not essential
