About the role

This is an exciting and varied role working for a Government department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support, allowing you to utilise excellent time management and administrative support skills.

  • Email and diary management
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Developing and completing reports and spreadsheets
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Coordination of meetings and associated resources
  • Purchase and procurement of goods, contract management

About you

To be successful in this role you are self-motivating and enjoy working within a team and individually.

  • Must have at least 5 years EA/PA experience or demonstrated skills in administration.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high pressure/fast paced environment
