We really listen to our clients to understand their workforce challenges. Our client is on the look out for an experienced Executive Assistant.

Our client requires a full-time experienced Executive Assistant to commence as soon as possible.

The main objectives of the role are to:

  • Provide high level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer including all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Diary management for the CEO and other Executive members including travel arrangements as required
  • Organise any training and conferences as required
  • Compile and produce any updates from the CEO internally and externally though the councils website
  • Coordinate management meetings, take minutes and send updates where required
  • Support and undertake minor projects as required

As an ideal applicant, you will have;

  • Significant Executive Assistant experience within Government
  • An understanding of Local Government Policies and Procedures
  • Experience in Governance Administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in preparing council minutes and agendas
  • High level confidentiality
