job description

The primary function of the role will be to provide executive assistance to the General Manager which includes but not limited to, calendar support, travel & expenses. You will also be experienced in the co-ordination of marketing events and other initiatives required for the business.

  • 3 + years experience as a EA
  • Experience in providing assistance to multiple Managers at any given time
  • A professional phone manner and clear and precise communication skills
  • Experience in preparing and reports on company marketing
  • Intermediate to advanced user with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel

The Position:

  • Secretarial and administrative support including reports, screening telephone calls, mail, diary management and general correspondence
  • Coordinate and book all travel requirements for the Management team
  • Management of mail
  • Assistance with presentations
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Assistance with the organization and preparation of company functions
  • Assist General Manager with adhoc projects, conferences and meetings
  • Carry out such duties as may be reasonably required by the company from time to time
