About the role

Due to a significant workload, this role will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the IT Planning and Transformation team. This role will see you managing a complex diary and email management, frequently having to be two steps ahead of Executive providing real time solutions.

responsibilities include;

  • Taking minutes of meetings and preparation of agenda's
  • Processing invoices and expense claims
  • Building rapport with wide range of stakeholders
  • Liaising with other EA's working within the business ensuring coordination of diaries.
  • Composing and editing of documents (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

About you

You will be a self starter who has supported senior leadership figures throughout your career and enjoy working in partnership with your Executive. You can think outside the box and look at the big picture ensuring that nothing falls through the gaps. You will thrive building and managing relationships whilst being able to operate in a confidential manner at all times.

Prioritisation is key and you must be able to take a flexible approach to work by managing complex diary requirements. You will be a highly engaged individual who appreciates and respects others whilst being able to bring your strong resilience to the role when facing set backs.

Key skills include;

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to use and manage basic financial data
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Clear concise communication skills
