To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially savvy Executive Assistant who works with a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times. You will be proactive in your approach with the ability to work to tight deadlines and use your initiative to pre-empt the CFO and Executive General Manager’s commitments, priorities and deliverables. Excellent culture and rewarding work enviroment.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Arrange and circulate papers, recording meetings including producing agendas and minutes in a concise and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external contacts, liaise with other EA/PA's and secretaries, managers and staff.
  • Proactively manage the diary, using sound judgement to make decisions to avoid commitment clashes.
  • Produce documents, reports and correspondence
  • Update presentations and databases using a variety of software packages.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements.
  • Deal with telephone/voice mail calls, take messages and use judgement to decide on action to be taken, and to refer appropriately.
  • Promote a positive, responsive and customer-focused image for internal and external partners
  • Work with the wider office support team providing assistance as necessary.
