job description

We are looking for reliable, organised and well presented candidates who are available immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong senior administration experience.

About the role:

  • Provide administrative support to a managing director
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and prioritise tasks given within a fast paced environment
  • Proactively monitor emails, phone calls and manage diaries and calendars
  • Assist with coordination of meetings and take minutes
  • Organise travel arrangements and asssit with event coordination
  • Undertake project work as required

About you:

  • Several years experience within an executive role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work within a changing environment
  • Initiative and confidence to tackle any task given to you
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite, and ability to work with specialised databases
