We are working exclusively with this company and are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the Executive team. Based in Sydney CBD, this role involves dual reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. You will find yourself working within a driven and supportive environment where your ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing business is necessary. You will be responsible for providing the day to day administration, communication, event and relationship management support to the CEO & CTO. This role also manages Office Managers.



Responsible for providing the day to day administration, communications, event and relationship management support to our CEO & CTO, this role also manages 2 Office Managers.

Main Duties:

  • Diary management, managing travel, correspondence, expenses
  • Board Management support, Investor relations, presentation development, report generation
  • Dealing with sensitive and confidential information regarding the company, employees and the executive team
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key external stakeholders – Board of Directors, investors, regulators, key customers, and key suppliers
  • Work with the Company Secretary, CFO and CEO, CTO and Board members to plan, coordinate and organise regular board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM) and other board functions as required
  • Oversee office related projects, which may include the oversight of relevant policies (e.g. travel), expansion of office space
  • Providing leadership, development and feedback to direct reports

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Solid work experience supporting a senior level executive in a corporate environment
  • Outstanding organisational and communications skills
  • Eye for detail and be adept at meeting tight deadlines
  • Ideally have previous experience in Marketing or Investor Relations
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Advanced computer literacy; an expert level of knowledge required of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A willingness to assume new and challenging responsibilities
  • Possess sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions, demonstrating a positive “can-do” attitude.
